ALL ORDERS ARE SHIPPED IN 48 BUSINESS HOURS.
In fact, the vast majority of orders are shipped within 24 hours and if you place your order by 11 am central time it will probably shipped the same day.

CUSTOMER SERVICE HOURS
Our customer service department is open from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday. We are closed on major holidays (not as bad as the bank though). We may not have your answer immediately, but we will get back to you with an answer.
